Lead Pastor

Ramny Perez

Was born in the Dominican Republic but grew up in NYC. He came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior as he read the gospel of Matthew while in high school. God has given him a passion to help as many as possible see the beauty of the Lord Jesus. He is married to his best friend and dear wife Dayami Perez. They have a son, Navi Perez and a daughter Scarlin Perez. He previously served as a pastor at Immanuel Baptist Church and Led the Youth Ministry of Primera Iglesia Bautista Hispana in Washington Heights. He has a BA in Literature from The City College of New York and Masters of Divinity from SBTS. He loves to read, play and watch sports and spend time with his family.

 
 
Fordham Community Church

Paul Yoo

Paul was born in South Korea but grew up in NY (in the Bronx and Westchester). God saved him in college when he was asked a question on the necessity of the resurrection and couldn’t answer it. God opened Paul to the fullness of the Gospel which transformed his life.

It was at that very college (Binghamton University) that he met his best friend and wife Jina.

Paul is also currently a student at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife, hangout with friends, watch sports, and eat food.

 

Deacons

Anthony Ramirez

Tony was born and raised in Angleton, Texas, just south of Houston. He is a second generation Mexican-American. The Lord saved him at the age of 8 after hearing the gospel preached during a Vacation Bible School at his childhood church. He moved to the Bronx in 2018 to help plant Fordham Community Church, where he currently serves as a deacon, and worship leader.

He is an unapologetic Houston sports fan, including the Astros, and a University of Texas Longhorns fan. Besides watching sports, he has a passion for music of all different genres, and loves to cook Tejano style BBQ for his friends.

Deaconess

Hanna Lindsey

Hanna Lindsey is originally from Nashville, Tennessee. She moved to the Bronx in 2018 to help plant Fordham Community Church where she currently serves as a deaconess. Some of her favorite things to do include creating art projects, participating in outdoor activities, and watching college football.

Cindy Jordan

Cindy was born in Manhattan and grew up in the Castle Hill section of the Bronx.  She is of Puerto Rican descent.  God saved her in Los Angeles, California soon after she moved there in pursuit of the American Dream. 

Cindy has served as Mercy Coordinator at Veritas Community Church (SN) in Columbus, Ohio and temporary admin assistant at Long Green Baptist Church in Glen Arm, Maryland. She has worked in mobilization and logistics for two of the North American Mission Board's (NAMB) evangelistic outreaches called Crossover Baltimore and Crossover/For Columbus. She has also served in multiple capacities within the Pro Life Movement. Cindy has a BA in Communications / Journalism from St. John's University and a MA in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.  A few of her favorite things are cooking, eating, reading, visiting historical sites, hiking, spending time with her family and catching up with friends.
